Responsibilities:
• Manage Crewing for Multiple Sport Packages (EVENTS and/or Studio Road Shows)– hire all necessary BTL crew while working close with Sport/studio remote Package Vice Presidents's, Production Teams, Production Managers, Directors and Production Teams on booking qualified technicians for both union and non-union shows for Fox Sports Productions (FSP) and Fox Sports 1 (FS1) based upon both regional FS1 pay agreements and Network pay agreements. Assist other crewers with finding and booking qualified technicians and production support throughout the year.
• Great knowledge of National Crewing, i.e., personnel, positions, remote set ups, etc.
• Provide weekly reports to Manager.
• Create and Manage specific remote show's in FACTS using the appropriate union agreements across all businesses. Manage timesheets by reviewing and entering the data for payroll. Basic knowledge of multiple CBA's across country. Work with third party crewing companies on local hires and understand what experience exists in each of the markets across country.
• Manage crewing from start to finish to ensure freelancers are compensated correctly. Understand systems and be resourceful when issues/concerns arise. Understanding of Basic Wage and Hour Laws.
• Manage freelancer schedules and approve travel through HRG Travel System by working close on crew member and TP's as well as other on-site management. Spend time on location as needed to manage crew work rules and timesheets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years National Crewing experience required along with knowledge of union and non-union pay agreements
• Basic math for budgets and hourly calculations
• Required - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to learn new systems - FACTS (database scheduling) & Concur
• Ability to understand and interpret labor union contracts. Understand and adhere to budgets. Must be resourceful and have the ability to work independently
