Full Time Job
We have an Entertainment Marketing Coordinator position open at our boutique firm where we service global brands that seek to engage consumers through sports and entertainment platforms.
This position will work directly with an Account Executive to implement and coordinate unique consumer ''Experiences'' through entertainment partnerships we execute for our corporate clients. This position will also assist with talent procurement deals we execute for our client's advertising/marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling high profile red carpet events. This position will report to the President of the company and has significant room for growth.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily with experiential event partners including movie studios, award shows, Broadway shows, TV networks, production companies, sports teams, talent representatives and more
• Coordinate Experience logistics with partners, create Experience itineraries, and be the liaison for Experience attending guests
• Attend events to facilitate Experience deliverables
• Upload photo content and testimonials of the Experience attending guests to the FIMI website and social media platforms
• Create and send post-Experience recaps to clients?
• Introduce future Experience concepts, ideas, proposals and outreach strategies
• Assist senior management in talent procurement deals; i.e., brainstorm talent ideas, develop talent presentation decks, and coordinate logistics for talent services
• Assist in new business research and presentations
• Assist the President personally and company as a whole with administrative needs; i.e., answering phones, office management, day-to-day operations
• Maintain knowledge of trends in entertainment and lifestyle forums
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as events present themselves (approximately 3 events per month)
Requirements: -
• 2-4 years experience as a talent agent's assistant, in talent PR, events, or entertainment marketing
• Must have experience handling a red carpet environment or executing high profile events
• Passion for entertainment, music, sports, and pop culture landscape
• Independently motivated with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills?
• Open and able to travel as needed to facilitate events (Approximately 1x per month)
• Possess a motivated and professional work ethic while also exuding a friendly and spirited attitude
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and significant understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purposes?
