We are hiring a coordinator position that will execute partnership deliverables for such consumer experiences. For example, this position will assist in getting a partnership with an Award Show marketed online and via email, then manage the event logistics and communication to ensure attending guests have a seamless experience through each of their unique aspects (red carpet walk, red carpet platform viewing, show, and after party).
This position will report to an Account Manager and Director, and has significant room for growth.
START DATE:
- Week of August 14th
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate daily with movie studios, award shows, Broadway shows, TV networks, sports teams, restaurants, festivals, and talent representatives to implement executed partnerships that provide client member experiences at their events
- Work with partner entities on creative approvals for marketing their event experiences
- Work with partner entities to coordinate experience logistics for attending guests
- Create itineraries and be the liaison for attending guests in communicating all aspects of their event experience
- Proactively reach out to attending guests as new information presents itself in a timely manner
- Attend events to facilitate experience deliverables both during the week and weekends
- Upload photo and creative content for experience pacakges to client program sites
- Create and send post-Experience recaps to clients
- Monitor and record marketing results in various formats to track event success
- Introduce and research future Experience concepts, ideas, proposals and outreach strategies
- Assist senior management in brainstorming event ideas, talent partnerships, and coordinate logistics for talent services
- Assist the company and client accounts with administrative needs; i.e., answering phones, office management, FedEx shipping, day-to-day operations
- Maintain knowledge of trends in entertainment and lifestyle forums
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as events present themselves (approximately 3 events per month)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years experience in events, PR, entertainment marketing, or as a talent agent's assistant
- Strong ability to follow up on all aspects of job requirements and ensure event experiences are completed from start to finish accurately
- Ability to track and adjust to the ever-changing details of events and attending guest's requests. This often includes being available after hours and on weekends to ensure clients customers are receiving accurate and up to date communication regarding their event
- Able to effectively problem solve while under strict time constraints both onsite and offsite for events
- Independently motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, completing tasks both effectively and timely
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for entertainment, music, sports, and culinary landscape
- Experience executing high profile events or a red carpet environment a plus
- Open and able to travel as needed to facilitate events (Approximately 1x per month)
