We are looking for talented team members to join Event 360, Inc. Event 360 provides event production services for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Series, and we are looking for talented team members to join us on our mission to end breast cancer forever. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day Series is an amazing 60-mile walk that helps mothers, sisters, spouses and friends get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. We are looking for team members to assist with the event production efforts of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Series in 7 different markets across the United States.
These are seasonal touring positions, scheduled to begin in early August and end in mid November. Candidates will tour across the United States and must be willing to travel in a touring environment, which requires shared living space and seven weeks of travel.
Candidates should be hard working, personable, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and a proven commitment to excellence are a must.
We have a few utility tour positions available for the 2015 Season:
-Utility Load Coordinator
-Utility General Coordinator
-Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator
-Camp Site Coordinator
-Ceremony Site Coordinator
The ideal candidates for these positions are hardworking, results orientated, resourceful, possess strong management skills and work enthusiastically in a constantly changing and stressful environment.

DUTIES
Utility Load Coordinator - The Utility Load Coordinator assists the Operations & Sites Manager and 3-Day staff with all assets and supplies necessary for a successful event. This position is primarily responsible for the event supplies utilized for set-up, maintenance, and break-down of the Load-In, All Crew Meeting, Camp, and Load-Out sites. Must have Counter/Balance (warehouse) and Reach lift (telehandler) fork experience.
Utility General Coordinator - The Utility General Coordinator is in charge of assisting all sites and managers as needed to execute the 3-Day Series in cities across the United States. Must have Counter/Balance (warehouse) and Reach lift (telehandler) fork experience.
Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator - The Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, set-up, operation, strike, loading/unloading and maintenance of all stage equipment, including audio, video, and lighting equipment. The Utility Stage and Sound Coordinator is also responsible for the safe operation of a 24' box truck equipped with a lift gate and properly securing all event equipment during transit. The Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator will work closely with the other members of the stage team to ensure proper and safe execution of all stage production and entertainment elements throughout all Susan G. Komen 3-Day sites. The Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator will take direction primarily from the Stage Production Manager as well as the Sound Engineer Technical Coordinator. In addition, the Utility Stage/Sound Coordinator will also take direction from the Ceremony Sites Manager and Camp Site Manager to ensure proper placement of event A/V equipment.
Camp Site Coordinator - The Camp Site Coordinator works to ensure a safe and functional site needed to execute the 3-Day series in all cities across the United States. In addition, the Camp Site Coordinator will also work with Event Production Managers, event staff, vendors, and will have the assistance of multiple site crews to ensure the proper organization and operation of the camp site for the event production's needs.
Ceremony Site Coordinator - The Ceremony Site Coordinator works to ensure a safe and functional site needed to execute the 3-Day Series in cities across the United States. In addition, the Ceremony Site Coordinator will also work with Event Production Managers, multiple other staff teams, and vendors to ensure all major sites are viable for the event production's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
-These positions require the ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs (some positions require the ability to lift additional weight)
-Candidates must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
-Candidates should have experience working on a team
-Previous event experience is a big plus
-Candidates must have forklift experience
-Candidates must be willing and able to drive rental vehicles including; Compact Cars, SUVs, Pick Up Trucks, Passenger Vans and 12 - 24' Box Trucks.

-Must occasionally lift and/or move between 25-60 pounds; additional heavy lifting may be frequently required while on event
-The employee spends 100% of their time on their feet working on event
-Some of the above positions may require you to use a forklift
-Must be able to operate and drive event vehicles
-Long hours, with excessive standing, tied to program execution and on-event staffing.
Work Environment:
-The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
-Normal weekly workload is between 60-80 hours, but may vary depending on position;
-Willingness to travel outside of geographic area for the event as well as availability to work evenings and weekends;
-When on event, employee may be exposed to adverse weather conditions;
-When traveling on event, work environment will consist of shared hotel rooms;
-During the months of early August through mid-November, position requires approximately seven weeks of travel.
