The Royalties Administrator is responsible for the proper execution of royalty payments and contractual compliance.
Job Description:
Prepare third party royalty calculation schedules and reports on a timely basis. Maintain proper documentation of all royalty calculations.
Analyze new and existing contracts and amendments for key terms such as definition of net sales, allowance deductions, certifications, etc. Maintain calendar with all pertinent due dates.
Book monthly royalty accruals and analyze royalty accruals and prepayment accounts.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar field.
Minimum 2 years experience in royalty and license accounting.
Strong PC (Excel) skills.
Knowledge of M2 program a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
