OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Provide C-suite administrative support to Chief Marketing Officer and SVP Digital Marketing.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Chief Marketing Officer daily calendar, coordinate meetings and ensure they remain on schedule during the day.
• Phone coverage for CMO
• Coordinate travel arrangements; communicating itinerary, confirmations and changes if applicable.
• Track corporate card info and manage T&E processing
• Organize meetings and as needed generate agendas, take and distribute notes, book conference rooms/dial-in numbers/video conferences.
• Provide general administrative supports including filing, copying, faxing, sending packages/letters, ordering supplies handling messages and deliveries.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as needed.
• Assist with projects and programs as assigned (ie. Marketing initiatives)
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to SVP, Digital Marketing
• Assist with uploading videos to social media platforms
• Assist with customer support on social media platforms
• Assist in ideating and crafting social media posts
• Be familiar with best practices across social media platforms.
Basic Qualifications
SKILL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
JOB SKILLS:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and professional
• Strong computer skills; Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Concur & Market SAP
• Ability to successfully manage frequently changing calendars
• High initiative and self starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective gatekeeper
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
• Must work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and in a group setting
• Extremely motivated and organized with ability to learn fast and multi-task
• Must remain poised, calm, and confident at all times and be proactive and perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
EXPERIENCE:
• 2-4 years experience in C-Suite Experience preferred
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field
