Details: Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) Hispanic multi-media companies seeks a Station Manager for our Denver, Colorado media cluster.

Job Description/Requirements
The candidate will be the principal operations manager of television, radio, and interactive platforms. The position involves the management of a powerful combination including six TV stations, four radio stations and digital platforms, including revenue generation, budgeting, news, technical, human resources, overall administration and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license compliance.

Transformational leadership, keen ability to price inventory, ability to develop new business and lead sales efforts on a cross-platform basis of programming, events, and sports/specials is essential. Exceptional communication skills are needed to delegate duties to station staff, as well as to work with outside organizations and agencies. The station manager must also be able to develop and create projects building an affinity with the viewing audience and community at-large.
The station manager ensures that all stations remain in compliance with FCC regulations, as well as create effective systems to process the business operations and internal protocols for station employees.
A significant part of the focus and responsibility of the Station Manager will be in the Sales arena and includes the following:
• Pricing, inventory management and budgeting
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
• Share and implement winning sales ideas across all platforms
• Assigning account lists to sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and sales incentives.
• Monitoring and motivating your team's performance.
• Forecasting Weekly and Evaluating and analyzing sales reports.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting regularly to senior management.
• Keeping up to date with programming and competitors.
• Interface with our National Sales Organizations for all platforms on all national business including political
• Utilize significant available resources and tools
In this position you will:

• Achieve budgeted financial goals
• Grow cross-platform’s revenue share.
• Help increase viewing audience share
• Serve the public interests of the community.
• Protect stations’ licenses with strict adherence to FCC rules and regulations.
• Train, manage and motivate all cross-platform personnel.
• Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationships with our sales team and clients.
The position requires an exceptional individual with strong and positive leadership skills, demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to work well with other members of the corporate and the stations’ staff.
Applicants should have a minimum five years broadcast sales management experience with exposure to all categories of revenue. A college degree is required. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Nielsen research, web measurement and online video and mobile analytics essential. Familiarity with OSI Traffic, Matrix, WebTrends and mobile commerce solutions preferred.
The successful candidate will have strong management, communication and organization skills and have a commitment to new business development with pointed and aggressive sales techniques. We are looking for a person to manage the physical, human and financial assets of our cross-platforms.
