Search for Promotion Director jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Create and implement station marketing and promotional strategies for on-air, online and event opportunities. Manage station promotional staff and all street team activations. Monitor department hours and staffing. Write contest rules and coordinate with Legal department for approval prior to promotional execution. Oversee station live broadcasts and coordinate with Engineering for all technical support and requirements. Develop and maintain Station and DJ Social Media, Mobile and Online strategies in order to grow audience participation. Work with Sales and Programming to provide creative solutions for client campaigns. Provide timely recaps of all station events, appearances and market activity. Constantly recruit for promotional street team employees. Manage all Promotional and Event budgets to stay within budget parameters. Work with local vendors and secure any/all necessary agreements for station events and promotional material. Monitor and maintain the stations websites on a daily basis. Provide monthly and quarterly reports on department activity. Assist with client and station video recaps and presentations. Create promotional templates, presentation and contracts.
