ROLE: Sr. Sales Director, East
AREA: New York and select East Coast Strategic Markets
Responsibilities
Prospect Agencies and Direct Clients to identify new business opportunities for US Hispanic Digital Marketing.
• Develop and manage customer / client relationships through full sales revenue cycle
• Achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Work with all available sources to identify & prospect potential customers (Addata, comScore)
• Develop and maintain relations with the largest clients and prospects
• Maintain a pipeline of active accounts and prospects and provide accurate quarterly revenue projections
• Identify incremental opportunities and retain existing business
• Work closely with sales planning and account management teams to close, manage and grow campaigns and strategic accounts
Requirements
Looking for that unique blend of ''Hunter'' and ''Consultative Sales''
• 5+ years experience in Digital Ad Sales; (US Hispanic digital experience is a plus)
• Full sales cycle experience - especially consultative sales
• Automotive vertical digital sales experience a plus
• Familiarity with Ad Networks/DSP/DMPs/programmatic and data sales is helpful
• Experience in selling both Brand and Performance campaigns across Display, Video and Mobile
• Bachelors Degree required
• Strong Collaborative abilities to work with internal teams (Product, Account Management, Marketing, Sales Planning)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfortable with discussing technical products and solutions for marketing campaign
• Rolodex of proven agency and client direct contacts and experience is important - references will be checked
