We are seeking Senior Level Account Executives and Account Executives with experience in the Talent and Branded industries.
All candidates must be highly-motivated, talented and experienced PR professionals with directly related PR skills, exceptional writing skills, a strong work ethic, extensive media and industry contacts, a well-documented record of outstanding talent placements in A-List media, a passion for the industry and a full understanding of strategic media relations.. Senior Account Executive in the Talent Division:
Talent Publicist with 4-6 years of directly related experience who will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of overall PR strategy on priority clientele. In this position, responsibilities include daily management of client programs as well overseeing consistent client communication. This individual will need to demonstrate consistent strategic thinking across programs and team management. We are looking for someone with strong client management skills and the ability to guide the execution of the tactical elements of each client's encompassing public relations campaign. Strong media contacts and exceptional writing skills are requirements, as well as high-level decision making capabilities, a proven track record of success in garnering substantial media impressions, and delivering top-tier media and publicity results. The individual will be creating and overseeing the execution of strategies, writing planning decks, managing budgets and working with brand partners. They must be strategic and solutions-oriented who can think on their feet, communicate and delegated effectively, while working in a fast-paced environment. The individual should also have a current and thorough knowledge of the industry, social media, pop culture and current events and have a vast network of relevant industry contacts and relationships.
Desired Skills and Qualifications include:
• At least 4-6 years of PR agency experience working with Talent/Brands
• Advanced writer - Exceptional writing skills for press releases, key message documents, client strategies, plans, proposals , Q&A for executives and experts; AP Style proficient
• Ability to develop strategic plans and creative media programs, influencer and social campaigns
• Knowledge of the social media ecosystem with the ability to actively think of clients' social media objectives as they relate to PR programming
• Develop non-traditional PR tactics that include influencer programming, event activation, creative marketing activation and on brand partnerships
• Ability to analyze and evaluate media coverage as it relates to client positioning/reporting
• Manage and delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of accounts while driving consistent media results
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels to meet goals
• Develops and sustains professional and positive relationship with client contacts
• Robust participant in client meetings
• Articulate; contributes informed suggestions, strategic thought and opinions as well as creative and effective answers to client issues and needs
• Actively recognizes and pursues new business opportunities with existing clients
• Contributes to the development, presentation and implementation of new business programming for potential clients
