Booking Agent
We are seeking a full-time Theatrical Booking Agent for our New Jersey office. This self-motivated, detail orientated candidate should possess an out-going, positive, energetic disposition with good communication and organizational skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with venues & partners is key. Knowledge of MS Office is required, background in Salesforce a plus. Sales experience and a background in the arts is preferred.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Representing & booking engagements of our shows
• Attending booking conferences,
• Sending correspondence, routing tours and negotiating contracts.
• Preparing reports, budgets, and proposals for new engagements
• Negotiating terms with our venue and promotional partners to create mutually successful engagements
• Ongoing administrative, marketing and support services to active engagements
Entertainment Events, Inc., an independently owned theatrical production company that produces an eclectic blend of mainstream theatrical properties that have been produced Off-Broadway and in regional Theatres around North America. Shows represented include The Late Nite Catechism series, Girls Night: The Musical, Cuff Me: The Fifty Shades of Grey Musical Parody, Girl Talk: The Musical, Big Pants and Botox, as well upcoming shows Bite Me: A Twilight, True Blood, Vampire Musical Parody and a Cavemen Christmas.
