Endemol Shine North America is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the role of Sr. Manger Licensing Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated knowledge of digital gaming and familiarity with industry players in order to develop and manage business relationships with third-party licensees for digital gaming for ESNA properties.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Solicit new licensing opportunities in the digital gaming space: research, identify and initiate contact with best-in-class partners in the digital gaming space (to include console, online, mobile & apps).
• Solicit new licensing opportunities in other product categories, as assigned.
• Develop proposals, negotiate and close licensing agreements.
• Manage product development and approvals throughout product lifecycle.
• Analyze business opportunities across various gaming platforms and make recommendations for strategy by TV/entertainment property.
• Support business development in the real-money gambling category by creating pitch decks and assisting in product development and approvals.
• Manage the communication between licensee and internal departments such as marketing, PR and legal as well as with external stakeholders.
• Attend relevant tradeshows.
• Monitor and stay current on trends in the industry.
• Handle other miscellaneous duties, special events and projects assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
• College degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience across interactive gaming, digital business development and/or licensing.
• Experience working with licensed brands
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and adjust as needed.
• Proven ability to create and sustain strong business relationships.
• Ability to forecast revenue.
• Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written.
• Ability to simultaneously handle individual tasks while maintaining perspective on the bigger picture
• Team player with strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment.
