VP Business Development for ELIAS Music
ELIAS, one of the world's most esteemed original music, audio branding and music library companies, is looking for an in-house Business Development person in our Santa Monica office. All candidates must have a strong background in client relationship building along with outstanding communication skills. The selected candidate will ultimately be required to identify & secure new business in the world of Advertising Agencies, Production Companies and Direct to Brand Creative Teams as well as maintain existing client relationships.
Responsibilities & qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Sales focus on the west coast, mid west, and southwest territories
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business
• Secure music licensing and custom music production opportunities
• Candidates must have closing, prospecting and presentation skills
• Strong motivation for sales and market knowledge
• Represent the company to clients professionally
• Meeting sales goals
Requirements:
• 5+ years of related experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment
• Periodic travel required within territories
