Entry-Level Assistants needed for entertainment clients in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Century City!
Eleventh Hour has an immediate need for administrative professionals! Responsibilities include answering/rolling calls, managing calendars, performing clerical support duties such as filing, email correspondence and setting up conference calls. Employees will be working with studios, networks and talent agencies in the LA Area and must be available for temporary projects both long-term and short-term!
Requirements:
- Recent college graduate
- Experience rolling calls, calendar management, clerical support duties A MUST
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the entertainment industry (internships included)
- Comfortable working in an entertainment related business/corporate environment
