Digital Content/Social Media Manager
As the DigitalContent/Social Media Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the social schedule and web presence for our artists to ensure consistency of visual brand and messaging across all platforms.
Developing and executing social strategies specific to artist initiatives in touring, album and single release to increase fan engagement.
Manage artist/label mailing lists. Design artist e-blasts based on messaging provided by management.
Work with artists and product managers to present and educate them on new technology, catering opportunities to their interests.
Developing and maintaining relationships with current and new technologies, companies and platforms in the digital and social space.
Design/Development of artist/label websites either through simple ''Landing Page'' style sites for smaller bands or larger, more intricate sites for artists/label when necessary. If not done in house, manage building of artist sites with outside developers.
Shoot content when necessary.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Deep understanding of social networks including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube
Understanding of analytics
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/schedules in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Photoshop/InDesign skills a plus
Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro/X a plus
