Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills. Must be highly organized, highly detail oriented by nature, and highly professional. Must be a multi-tasker. Must be a team player and must have a positive attitude. Production and / or post -production experience required.
Hours:
M--F 8:30PM - 6/7PM + occasional weekends, late evening / early morning sessions.
Scheduling & Producing duties overview:
Scheduling and booking of all TV and radio record, sound design and final audio mix sessions in studios A, B, C & D at Eleven (as well as remote studios).
Obtain all information and prep needed from clients for each project and session.
Communicate session info and changes and client requests to mixers and assistant mixers.
Ensure requests are completed within required timeframe and make client aware of any delays.
Create work orders for each session.
Create daily schedule and email to staff each evening and text the staff a screenshot of the schedule along with any updates every morning.
Monitor progress of each project / session.
Keep client informed of session progress if they are not in attendance.
Follow through with mixer and assistant to ensure requested work has been completed.
When clients arrive, ensure previous session has ended and turnaround has been done in studio before showing clients in.
Have talent wait in lobby until clients are ready for them, and advise assistant mixer when talent has arrives.
Create invoices for each session based on work orders and receipts for meal orders.
Ensure necessary billing is received from any outside facilities, studios, music libraries, etc.
Keep track of petty cash + receipts.
Collect billing information from new clients.
Obtain music licensing cost estimate for library music requested by clients. Once approved, follow thru with licensing and bill clients accordingly.
Build relationships and support Eleven's profile in the industry through client relations and industry events.
Support Exec Producer as needed in planning of events.
