Electric Entertainment, Inc., a full service film, television, distribution and post production company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to efficiently manage the needs of its expanding office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general facility functions including construction and contractor projects, security system, support staff, phone systems, audio/video systems, asset management and storage, HVAC systems and landscaping.
Manage vendors including IT, electrical, designers, phone, security, HVAC, janitorial, valet, etc.
Order, track, and maintain office equipment.
Oversee intern program and onboard new employees.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in facilities/office management and project management
Experience managing contractors
General knowledge of computers and phone systems in an office environment
General knowledge of production equipment, rental companies and disposition of gear
Superior skills in communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and troubleshooting
