Job Description: Ed Keane Associates is looking to fill a Contracts Administrator position in our office in East Boston. We are a small, yet growing agency that works with some of the most profound musicians in the Jazz world. General resposibilities of the Contracts Administrator position include:
- Generate contracts
- General administrative duties such as answering phones
- Create tour budgets for managed artists
- Create monthly artist billing statements
- Process invoices, performance deposits, balance checks, and any other forms of payment
- Update databases and social media
- Liaison between artists, venues, and outside agencies
- Coordinate interviews with PR companies and artists
- Record ticket counts for any upcoming performances
Qualifications:
- Computer-savvy
- Close attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and slightly stressful environment
- Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in social media platforms
- Ability to operate a mac-compatible computer
- Proficient with Adobe applications including Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be passionate about music and the entertainment industry
- Excellent phone rapport and administrative abilities
