Based in Midtown Manhattan, Easy Partners is a company that specializes in merchandise and apparel for musicians, bands, artists, comedians and other entertainment properties. With years of experience in the industry and our combined love of music, shows and interesting people have given us all the tools we need to build an awesome collaboration for our crew.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an office environment of a media organization. The position requires superior administrative skills, high organization, problem-solving, and the ability to positively represent the brands therein. The position requires you to think on your feet as no task is too small and no challenge too great. A ''can-do'' personality is essential.
Office Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls, email and mail
· Maintaining office supplies and ordering when needed
· Assist with presentations, reports and ad hoc projects as needed
· Light errand runs within the local neighborhood; i.e. sample and document deliveries
· Manage current web store inventory sheets, and determine creative ways of increasing sales, i.e. specials, product bundles, etc
· Social networking marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
· Self-employed
· 1 year of office experience
· Systems savvy with strong skills in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
· Must have a professional attitude and the ability to work independently with little to no direction.
· Flexible - able to adjust with changing priorities as well as multi-task
· Strong organization and time management skills.
· Professional and friendly demeanor and patient
· Interest in fashion, brands, and trends
· Great sense of humor
