Growing TV production company looking for organized and talented office and facilities Director of Operations to start immediately. This job is based in New York City in an office of approximately 120 people. You will also be expected to remotely manage small production offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage onboarding and offboarding databases for freelance employees
Keep track of employee PTO hours
Distribute handbooks to new employees
Track databases for staffing, floor planning, seating and computer availability
Manage office maintenance staff, cleaning service, and any outside contractors
Maintain database of all office documents, digital and paper archives, and storage units
Resource management and planning
Maintain security access lists and key distribution
Manage orders of office supplies (IE: Fresh Direct, Staples, and other vendors)
Liaise with building management for office issues
Coordinate office expansions & planning
Planning and execution of office events, show premieres, holiday parties
Organize and vet all applicants from jobs postings for admin positions
Manage conference room and dial-in schedules
Take initiative to carry out any office upkeep
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience managing a medium-to-large office is a must
Must be very organized and have experience with maintaining and managing resources
Candidate should have previous team management experience
SKILLS
Required: Google Apps - GMail, Google Drive, Google Calendars
Required: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Preferred: Photoshop and Illustrator
