Travel And Expense Processing (Production Support Coordinator)
The Production Support Coordinator (Production Management Business Operations) will process, audit, research, and approve T&E expenses for all remote employees and freelance populations; and perform related reporting functions.
Responsibilities
• Audit Production Personnel expense reports
• Verify/Approve schedule information in Playbook against T&E expense reports
• Interact with internal and external customers in matters of problem resolution
• Provide customer service for expense report related issues and questions
• Promote and enforce T&E policy understanding and adherence
• Contribute to special projects for Management
• Provide administrative and analytical support to Management
Basic Qualifications
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced, data-entry and customer service driven environment.
• Concur® Expense System knowledge.
• Playbook and/or NCS knowledge (internal propertiary systems).
• SAP knowledge.
Required Education
• High School Diploma.
Preferred Education
• College Degree or equivalent.
