Full Time Job
This Position will focus on 3 main functions.
Sales Communication: Develop high impact Sales Presentations for the Ad Sales team.
Ideation: Ideate creative campaigns along with AE based on Clients' RFP's
Production/Execution: Work closely with production/editorial teams to manage all creative executions.
Responsibilities
Sales Communication:
• Client-specific Sales Presentations that meet client objectives and can be utilize by the Sales team
• Sport/Event and Year-long Sales positing decks that can be customized by each client's needs.
• Summary recaps and case studies of past client platforms
• Strategic pieces that position specific sports, platforms and research initiatives
• Power Points Presentations must have great story telling thru visuals designs.
Ideation:
• Upon receiving brief from Advertisers, work together with account executive and team to develop ideas that connect the brand message within ESPN multi-platform content.
• Creating innovative and creative concepts to our clients and at the same time, optimizing ESPN's content.
Production/Execution:
• Work closely with production teams to find Ad Sales opportunities to create multi-platform campaigns integrating brand's message within our content.
• Once the campaign closes, execute it, following operational processes for all sponsorships and creative pieces.
• Open communication with Production, Social, Digital, Marketing teams and other internal groups as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields (TV Networks /Creative Agency/Advertising)
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Prezi and Keynotes are a plus.
• Graphic Design is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Bilingual 100% - Spanish/English. Portuguese is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge in Sports. Knowledge on the Latin American cultural aspect.

• High School Diploma

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
