Full Time Job
ESPN CreativeWorks, the network's internal creative marketing agency, is seeking an experienced professional to be part of our team. Candidate will be responsible for management and oversight of end-to-end creative development and production of integrated marketing work directed to consumers. Position is also responsible for scheduling/assigning projects to Project Managers with consistent and thorough interaction with Sr. Creative Directors. Position works closely with all members of the Fan Marketing department as well as agencies, production companies, producers, production operations, designers, developers, QA, copywriters, vendors, and internal clients from initial creative brief to finished product.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently plan, lead, prioritize and execute all integrated deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. This includes:
• TV, OLV, Social, Print, Digital, OOH, Logos, Branding and any other cross channel deliverables
• Owning timelines and project plans
• Developing scoping documents and staff plans
• Creating budget trackers and supporting production documentation
• Manage all communications and workflow for integrated projects throughout the review and revision process.
• Ability to motivate and support creative and production teams in order to facilitate excellent creative work
• Keeping people and personalities of all levels on track, on time, on brief
• Ability to be an advocate for CreativeWorks creative visions as well as clients' needs
• Ability to understand goals of creative and to help teams find the right way forward in ambiguous situations, tight timelines, and with complicated approvals processes
• Ability to clearly communicate and represent the goals of our clients to all internal resources and stakeholders. Manage client expectations, grow client relationships and own client communication by leading meetings, being present at presentations and pitches off-site and on, traveling to productions, and managing clients throughout the full project life-cycle
• Manage 3-5 direct reports day-to-day while mentoring them
• Manages the members of project management team on day to day business
• Acts as liaison to all constituents and traffics materials from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met.
• Evaluates and develops visual material and copy.
• Provides visual QC of all the files before final is delivered.
• Provides customer service for images, logo and other assets.
• Works with external vendors as needed for various production services. (Video, animation, printing, editing, design etc.)
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns including TV, OLV, Social, Print, Digital and Experiential and other media projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams in ideation, development of creative concepts, and ultimate definition of deliverables
• Knowledge of TV and video production terminology, processes, tools and procedures.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and communicate the issues around a job effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront).
• Stellar organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a client-facing project manager or producer at a creative agency
• Experience/specialization in developing creative engagements for digital consumption and social media platforms
• Scoping, staff plan, SOW development, and budget management skills
• Experience leading and working with large cross-disciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with coworkers, collaborators and vendors.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong familiarity of MAC software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, and business software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing.
• Passion for sports a plus
• Editorial, copywriting and proofreading experience very helpful.

• Master's/ Graduate degree in creative, design or related field.
