| Details: |
• Take ownership for assigned area(s) of supply chain (e.g. mobile, audio or video)
• Manage the flow of data and assets through assigned areas, ensuring service levels are met
• Liaise with Regional Operations, and 3rd Parties on all aspects of data & asset flow
• Perform appropriate manual management tasks as appropriate (e.g. managing restrictions, exclusions )
• Generate key management reports on assigned digital supply chain elements
• Monitor service levels against agreed targets
• Manage throughput and highlight any performance or capacity concerns
• Vet invoices from third parties and recommend for approval
• Invoice customers (Digital Service Providers) against agreed Content Supply Agreements
• Manage incidents raised by Digital Service Providers, 3rd party service providers and EMI staff
• Investigate each incident, assigning to appropriate resolving groups and following through to conclusion
• Managing open incidents, ensuring they are dealt with promptly
Requirements:
• A proven record of operational management within the recorded music or other FMCG industry
• Experienced in customer facing roles, excellent in building and maintaining effective business and customer relationships
• Internet / web savvy. Strong awareness of end consumer offerings and likely developments
• Sound experience of process re-engineering and implementation
• Welcomes challenge and is able to work in a fast-moving, quick response, demanding environment, with limited day-to-day supervision. Willing to accept business and technology change.
• Must be a team player, capable of independent work, study and analysis. The individual must be a self-starter, assertive and self-confident.
• The individual must be a hands-on, with the training, experience and desire to perform customer-centric problem-resolution. A proven level of success in a similar role is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
• The individual must be capable of simultaneously maintaining a big picture view while being detail oriented.
• Advanced practical skills in MS Access, Word and Excel etc.
• Detailed understanding of digital processes and delivery systems
• Excellent knowledge of record industry business processes (Label Marketing, A&R, Promotions, Production, Manufacturing, Royalties)
• Knowledge of Audio and Video file formats / Codecs |
