Part Time Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Description:
Dunn Pellier Media, a Public Relations firm, has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Please only apply if you are resourceful, quick thinking, and can handle a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will need to be able to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, and foresee and/or manage risks, conflicts, and problem areas. Must have a 'no task is too small' attitude. PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time position. The position will be for 3 days a week at first and then depending on how things go, the position may move into full-time work.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and manage CEO's schedule for all business matters: planning, updates, and notifications as necessary
Monitoring and organizing CEO's emails and mails
Answering heavy phones - take and log messages
Maintain correct contact information for CEO's extensive contact list
Answer heavy emails for CEO
Set up meetings and calls
Process expense reports
Requirements/Qualifications:
4 year degree from an accredited university or college
3+ years experience of being an executive assistant to a high-level executive
Professional, polished, and poised demeanor
Highly organized
Extremely detailed oriented and strive for accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to respond and change positively to changing needs and priorities
Available 3 days a week from 9 AM - 6 PM
Works well with minimal supervision
Possess valid CA driver's license
Has a car
Has their own laptop
