Production Assistant/Social Media Coordinator
An animation/design studio that produces primarily television commercials is looking for a Production Assistant/Social Media Coordinator to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient multi-tasker, with attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and a willingness to do a wide
variety of tasks.
• Driven, enthusiastic, sharp, and able to think on their own and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledgeable of various social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram,
Tumblr, etc.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Mac OS, Word and Excel is required.
• Knowledge of animation production is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist office manager in reception by answering phones, assisting with shipping and general office maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist Executive Producer and Producer with any production needs, such as delivery and pick up of production materials/elements,
making phone calls for production research, etc.
• Assist with content creation and social media campaigns for the company.
• Maintain company's existing social media sites, such as Facebook & Twitter.
• Assist IT Manager by taking notes in tech meetings, follow up with technical requests or questions, and essentially become the
liaison between the IT department, Administration, and Production.
This is a full-time position with potential for growth. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
