Done and Done Productions (currently under a deal with Lionsgate in Santa Monica) is looking for an executive assistant to start immediately. This position will report to Adam DiVello and be responsible for maintaining his schedule and also working closely with head of developement. Along with managing the office, calls and travel, the assistant will get the opportunity to aide in the creation of pitch materials. Extremely strong organizational skills and communication skills are a must. Basic editing skills, Power Point/Key Note skills and some productions experience are desired. The ideal candidate must be self starter, adaptable, and passionate about making TV. If interested please submit a resume and cover letter.
