A lifestyle, entertainment and fashion boutique PR agency is seeking a Senior Celebrity/Talent Booker in their Los Angeles office to work alongside the media and brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage celebrity team, report to CEO of company
*Outreach and research celebrity opportunities
*On-going contact with publicists, managers, agents, stylists and assistant
*Secure celebrities for dressings, campaigns, reservations, and a variety of events - paid and earned
*Manage and oversee all logistics and execution
*Keep up-to-date on celebrity news, trends, what's hot and more
*On-site celebrity management and event support
Requirements:
*At least 3 years of public relations, marketing, celebrity, agency experience
*Bachelor degree in communications, marketing or related field
*Strong relationships with talent managers, agents, publicists, assistants
*Proven track record of securing talent
*Must be detailed oriented, highly motivated, team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, and ability to meet deadlines
*Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are a must
*Must be willing to travel and work weekend and night events
