Responsibilities
• Provides day to day administrative support to the Executive Producer, Director and Line Producer including but not limited to phones, calendar, expense reports, filing, data entry, etc. per DTVA procedures
• Coordinating and setting up meetings for Executive Producer, Director and production crew in general
• Completing travel authorizations and coordinating travel for production crew both domestic and international
• Assist with documents needed for recording purposes under direction of the Line Producer
• Creating and updating crew contact list/Overseas studio contact list for TVA management
• Preparing Pick-Up and/or ADR Memos for Script Department as directed by show runners
• Compiling and distributing show credits
• Ordering supplies for crew/production through SAP E-Source and approved vendors
• Scheduling and attending (if applicable) ''Attended Edit'' sessions with recording studio rep
• Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed
• Increasing crew morale by suggesting team building activities (crew potlucks, birthday celebrations, etc.)
• Setting up show script files and maintaining during course of production
• Point person for facilities; contact operations for crew needs
• Performing all other applicable duties as assigned by Line Producer
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience preferably in production
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Detail orientated and organized
• Fluency in MS applications including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Final Draft & SAP
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work well both independently and collaboratively using good judgment
• Strong time management skills; excellent multi-tasker and able to work well in a high-pressure/fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Television animation process/pipeline a huge plus
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
