Part Time Job
This in-house graphic design position provides design support and coordination for Disney ABC Television Research teams. With an emphasis on visual communication, this role functions to translate research data into compelling and informative reports and graphics.
Creative responsibilities include, but are not limited to: presentations, reports, creative email communications, web assets, print posters and handouts, logo design and asset production.
Responsibilities
• Generate new and innovative executive presentations that may include animation
• Collaborate with researchers to visually interpret data and produce data-focused graphics and design
• Lead creative development and branding for new team projects
• Design event creative that extends from creative email communications to print posters and handouts
• Grow and maintain a catalog of visual assets for various television shows
Basic Qualifications
• 1-2 years of agency or in-house creative team experience
• Professional experience creating Keynote and PowerPoint presentation decks and templates
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
• Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects and work proactively to execute under pressure
• Demonstrates a high understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory and design principles
• Effective team player with strong oral & written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, take direction from multiple leads and meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to interface with all levels of management
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Availability to work occasional weekends
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with data, infographics, or information studies
• A strong interest in television and media
