Busy television production studio is seeking a coordinator, tech & operations.
• Be point of contact on site for IT and troubleshoot IT issues for employees
• Manage the day to day IT and Telecom relationship with Studios
• Develop and manage the Studio website
• Facilitate employee 1st day office orientation, training
• Create graphics for internal notices: Premiere notices, show posters, website slides, etc.
• Assign and track loaner computer equipment
• Point of contact for internal Box Operations team as well as Box external Product Support Team
• Manage Box infrastructure and manage documents within the folders for west coast office
• Research and advise on new production equipment
• Plan company events and parties
• Assist with online presence
• Organize Studios community programs and learning opportunities
• Keep Studio maps and projections up-to-date
• Help with space planning
• Help with general facility issues
