The Directors Guild of America seeks an administrative assistant with minimum three years experience. Duties include standard administrative tasks such as maintaining phone logs, scheduling, correspondence, spreadsheets, etc. Some overtime required; candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends. Qualified candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
