This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the premier entertainment industry training and development programs in an administrative/program management role. You will work with the current manager to contribute to the continued success of this well-respected organization.
The position encompasses a wide range of duties related to the recruitment and supervision of program participants. In addition, this position is responsible for training analytics and reporting.
Manage the recruitment cycle by developing advertisements and selecting and attending outreach events. Evaluate and implement new recruiting options including social media opportunities.
Develop contacts to place program participants in work settings with an emphasis on expanding the program's industry-wide network.
Administer training analytics and program development.
Develop, create and maintain complex computerized reports.
Read and interpret labor contracts.
