U-verse TV Marketing Coordinator
Digital Kitchen Los Angeles is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a key client. The position will work on Original Programming and Marketing for a leading television provider. This position is located at the AT&T offices in Century City.
Responsibilities:
• Routing and approval lead for marketing tactics. Main point of contact with all Networks and Studios to route creative and seek necessary approvals for inclusion or mention within the following tactics:
• Acquisition
• Banner Ads and Marquees on Digital Properties
• Bill inserts
• Direct Mail/E-mail
• Retention
• Social media
• U-guide (Monthly Digital Magazine)
• Upgrade
Ethnic/International Marketing Efforts:
• Responsible for content marketing efforts on U-verse for Ethnic and International across direct mail, local events, on-air, online, social media, etc.
• Route Ethnic/International logos, images and footage for use in promotional materials
• Schedule and lead monthly calls with all Ethnic/International programming contacts
• Attend all calls from larger U-verse teams regarding Ethnic/International marketing
• Maintain programmer relationships
Miscellaneous:
• Social Media coordination between Social Media team and Networks and Studios
• Create and maintain Programming Master Blaster calendar. Responsibilities entail the gathering of information to create a master calendar of network, studio and content marketing priorities on a quarterly basis
• Additional projects execution and support on as-need basis
Requisite Skills:
• 2 + years of Marketing Experience, preferably in the Advertising or Entertainment industry
• Knowledge of premium, television and studio programming practices and MVPD's
• Highly motivated individual who excels in a team environment, with great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects
• Candidate will be interfacing with creative and technical environments and leadership so professionalism is absolutely required
• Expert in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of computer systems
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Spreadsheets
• Accounting/Finance knowledge a plus!
