We currently have an opening for a temporary to hire Office Assistant. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
Summary:
The Office Assistant will support the Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant for the C-level executives at the corporate location. They will assist in maintaining smooth operations of the executive suite including running errands, supply coordination and administrative support. They will have a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Responsibilities:
• Provide some administrative support including answering phones, screening and directing calls, filing, photocopying, assembling reports and other miscellaneous tasks.
• Will place food orders for meetings and lunches as well as going to pick up the food when necessary.
• Will lay out food in conference rooms and also clean up after the meeting has concluded.
• Will coordinate ordering supplies with the Administrative Assistant as well as unpacking and organizing the delivery into the supply closet.
• Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• This must be an energetic and very proactive individual who welcomes challenges and is able to work in a fast-paced, demanding and flexible environment.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be extremely courteous to C-level executives and any visiting clients.
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be resourceful and able to perform in a professional manner.
