The Customer Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing service to theatres, and studios. These requests come in the form of a call or email. It is the duty of the CSR to fulfill the theatres' requests. Daily functions include tracking shipments, troubleshooting technical difficulties, replacing drives, and making/resending electronic keys. The following responsibilities will also apply: calling theatres for pick-up and delivery times, collecting proof of deliveries, confirming drive and key ingestion, and assisting studio bookers with add-ons and cancellations.
Furthermore, CSRs will maintain the TDL (Trusted Device List) by making updates and additions to the database. The CSR will look through transmission reports in order to resolve discrepancies and errors between Deluxe and its clients. During certain hours of the shift, the CSR will also fulfill 3D glasses orders placed by the theatres.
