Details: We have an opening for a Client Service Manager. This position will be located in Valencia, CA.

Major Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Position involves product research and sourcing, developing client proposals with specified pricing, minimal graphic s application, fielding client and supplier calls, customer service, drafting letters, emails, creating spreadsheets for reporting, sales support and other ancillary responsibilities. Also:

- Manage the daily operations of assigned account(s).

- Be responsible for the overall management and coordination of accounts.

- Develop relationships with client account managers and directly with clients.

- Must be able to control and manage all inventory.

- Educate and advise client about different services offered.

- Learn all aspects of facility management software including billing functions.

- Work with and support internal customers to ensure client deadlines are met.

- Must be able to manage material in the warehouse and distribution of those materials.

- Must be able to delegate duties to warehouse personnel.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

- AA degree of equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or 3 year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to senior staff.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

- Proficiency with Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Inventory, Internet, Order Processing, Project Management, and Database Software, Including ESP or SAGE.

- Two years experience working with clients in the entertainment industry or corporate market.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
