We currently have an opening for a Biller. This position will be located in Santa Monica, CA.
SUMMARY:
The Biller will maintain schedule to perform billing/accounting procedures, facilitating timely and accurate recordings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible for all workflows including feature, commercial and episodic.
• Prepare bills, invoices and analysis reports for weekly and monthly close.
• Reviews system documents thoroughly to ensure account records are accurate and complete resolving all billing problems and account adjustments.
• Act as a resource to provide billing information to various producers, department manager and directors within the division.
• Research discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations and auditing.
• Adhere to all accounting/billing policies and procedures.
• Various clerical duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years precious billing/accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of billing, entertainment services and payment processing.
• Ability to analyze complex and diverse direction and information.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, courteous and confident manner.
• Experience working in a team environment effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volume and with multiple interruptions.
• MS Office with a strong knowledge of Excel required.
• Previous experience with Xytech a plus.
• Strong clerical and organizational skills.
