Temporary Hires with the Opportunity to Become a Full Time Employee.
Position Overview
This individual is primarily responsible for maintaining DTDC's vault schedule, facilitating courier exchanges, and ensuring all incoming, outgoing, and internal elements are properly tracked between Deluxe facilities.
Basic Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
Internal communication regarding incoming and outgoing elements (Outlook)
Database entry for incoming physical media(Kraken, Enigma, FileMaker)
Tracking the element within the facility. (Kraken, Enigma, FileMaker)
Physical element movement between Deluxe facilities (Kraken, Enigma, FileMaker)
Monitor stock count for all media types (USB, CRU, LTO)
Associate stock to proper Kraken project as requested from Data Ops for outputs
Check output elements, make sure the content coincides with the work orders request
Preparing elements for pickup per Account Rep requests.
Scheduling pickups for FedEx, DHL and/or UPS as needed
Setting up FedEx, DHL and/or UPS shipments per request
Setting up courier deliveries when needed/requested (Classic Couriers)
Properly log elements out of the database once they have shipped (Kraken, Enigma, FileMaker)
Vault maintenance (scanning/moving elements daily)
Requirements
Skills Required (onsite training for direct placement hires 2-4 weeks)
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic
Organization and a self-starter
Ability to perform proficiently with minimal supervision or instruction
Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to continuously lift and transport up to 20 pounds
Comfortable learning, operating, and maintaining new equipment as required
Continually exhibit extraordinary organizational skills and flexibility while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Flexible schedule: overtime, weekend and some holiday work will be required
Accomplish tasks on a timely basis
Systems and Applications
Web-based application management – Windows, Internet Explorer, Firefox
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of experience in Post Production environment is preferred
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent
