We currently have an opening for a Technical Support Analyst. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
SUMMARY:
The Technical Support Analyst will report to the Manager of Regional OnSite Support . The Techncial Support Analyst will lead administration of Wireless Mobility services as well as be familiar with Asset Management and SCCM inventory reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Wireless Mobility Administration
o Order/Receive/Deploy smartphones and other mobile devices from wide range of mobile service provider vendors.
o Facilitate vendor invoices. Own the process of invoice reconciliation and work with Finance dept (A/P) on mobility invoice remittance
o Planning and Forecasting of technology or invoice changes that would affect Standard Operating Procedures of Service Group and/or support model for corporately issued mobile devices
o In charge of documentation (knowledge, user-documentation, inventory, etc) of Mobile devices and their related accounts.
• Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in Incident, Release, and Change Ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time.
• Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer of workstation architecture and it's relation to WAN, AD, LAN, security applications, and corporate applications.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Outstanding customer service skills as well as strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with end-user support for wireless mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM, BMC Asset Management, Powershell is a plus.
• Administrative experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity voicemail is a plus.
• Experience with Wireless Mobility contracts and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
