We are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations with 5 years of sales operations management, Salesforce Administration and Business Analyst experience to work out of our Burbank, CA facility.
The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for the administration, metrics, reporting, training, and onboarding of new tools for salesforce.com and the business analytics for the division over all to monitor, report, and improve sales forecasting, reconciliation, GAP analyses, processes and action plans.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce.com Administration Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative functions such as user management, hierarchy, etc
• Identify and address improvement to the current Salesforce.com environment, added functionality, training, and support.
• Document standard operating procedures for sales; measure progress/success to such SOPs.
• Build reporting mechanisms in salesforce.com to accurately track progress for pipeline, forecast, open/closed deals, and booked. Report on progress to monthly and annual financial objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend integrated apps in salesforce.com and be the subject matter expert.
• Define and generate reports to provide insight to management on sales, progress, and activities along with actionable plans to improve performance.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
• Maintain product and revenue analysis of existing customers to align forecast to actual reconciliation.
• Continually refine and review Sale's process, forecasting methodology, and sales tools to support change and efficiency improvement.
• Develop and manage pricing models, sales templates and related tools.
• Direct and/or support efforts related to maintaining documented and structured pricing models.
• Coordinate the sales forecast, reconciliation, and planning processes across the sales organization.
• Oversee and refine business and financial reporting for sales, management, and finance.
Requirements:
• 5 years in sales operations
• Extensive experience in salesforce.com and related CRM tools
• Understanding of business and financial management statements, analysis, and practices
• Experience in a sales operations role that includes analyzing data / metrics, conducting gap analyses, creating process maps, developing action plans, and leading cross-functional efforts
• Worked for high-growth technology-driven companies
• Outstanding communications and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus
