We currently have an opening for a Sales Operations Administrator. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
As the Sales Operations Administrator, you'll be primarily responsible for performing all tasks related in support of the day-to-day operational management, administration and troubleshooting of Deluxe's CRM (Salesforce.com) system (including the technical
requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures). In addition, you'll be assisting sales and operational support teams with configuring, integrating, and maintaining Deluxe's CPQ system (Steelbrick) to support
the needs of all involved personnel, and providing day-to-day sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the technical architecture of a highly customized Salesforce.com organization
• Develop business intelligence dashboards to support all levels of the organization
• Proactively support the implementation of operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to help the sales team stay on the forefront of customer relations
• Assist with 3rd party app integration & configuration changes within Salesforce, using Sandbox environments for effective change management
• Assist with management of user accounts, provisioning setup (for internal and external users in accordance with corporate policy), profiles, permission sets, roles, establishing best practice standards for the organizations structure, and championing data
integrity and governance
• Provide CPQ administrative and technical support for internal and external users
• Support the development, testing and implementation of identified enhancements to the CRM and CPQ system utilizing structured project management skills
• Populate all data tables to enable guided selling, configuration & pricing, user interface updates and quoting process, and maintain compatibility tables for all product lines and product families
• Assist with management of the quoting approval configuration and routing assignments
• Maintain MasterData integrity within CRM and CPQ, as well as a library of product images, logos and quick links to deliver an optimal user interface
• Proactively identify CRM and CPQ system issues and ensure resolution
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years' experience administering Salesforce or implementing Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce.com certifications highly desirable (Advanced Administrator, Developer, Service and/or Sales Cloud); experience with Communities a plus
• 1+ year(s) of CPQ system experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Working knowledge of marketing and sales processes (forecasting, marketing campaigns, lead life cycles)
• Experience with data modeling, migration tools, and Apex or Visualforce a plus
• PC proficiency with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen & excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization with the proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong analytical, data & project management, and follow-up skills, plus the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
