GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule Administration: Main point of contact for scheduling sessions, artists and technical resources by negotiating and organizing all booking at 3401 Exposition campus for internal resources (artists and operators), and periodically
with clients directly. Resource Operations: Assist resource team by coordinating and prioritizing job tasks in conjunction with Sr. Manager of Production and the day/swing resource coordinators. Communication: Communicate session bookings, conflicts and changes
to the schedules to internal staff in a timely manner. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Scheduling: Responsible for the management of all resource scheduling; includes rooms, artists, operators and machinery at the 3401 Exposition studio. Input and manage all schedules using
Xytech software and other tools in order to maintain an up to date schedule of all resource bookings. Negotiate conflicts and problem solve for resource bottle necks in conjunction with studio partners and feature resources team. Team Communication: Communicate
scheduling results to the production staff in a timely manner. Issue call times to artists and operators. Co-Lead the daily production meeting to discuss schedule confirmations and upcoming bookings with the production staff. Attend the weekly cross divisional
scheduling meetings with our sister studios to maintain awareness and support of shared services. Resource Coordination: As directed by the Sr. Manager, Production, coordinate day to day resources for production team, prioritizing job tasks to facilitate timely
deliveries. REQUIREMENTS/BACKGROUND: 3-4 years of post-production experience Solid understand of post-production studio operations Experience with artist/talent relations Strong verbal and written skills Ability to work in a faced paced deadline driven environment
BUSINESS SYSTEMS: XyTech or ScheduALL software preferred, or related application Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook – Microsoft Office proficiency
