Full Time Job
As a Lead studio liaison you are expected to be the eyes and ears for the studio(s) you are assigned to as an extension to their team. Your schedule will reflect the in and out times of your studios peak hours. You are a direct report to the distribution team,
as they are your managers and supervisors however you will be getting 90% of the direction from your assigned studio representatives daily. You will be given a company issued cell phone with email capability to keep in contact with your studio rep at all times.
This needs to be monitored constantly during peak hours and moderately through the night and weekends. You will have a desk computer and phone set up at your desk however you will be moving around a lot so it is important that your studio can get a hold of
you anytime, especially during peak hours. Email correspondence is top priority, everything you are asked to do or you complete needs to be emailed to the appropriate personnel invested, with detailed info to the task if necessary.
A list of your basic duties will be:
• Run daily reports via flics for staged drives, overbooked drives, available drives, and drive movements or locations.
• Run monthly inventory reports to make sure we only keep needed drives in stock.
• Manage your available drives rack.
• Run batches via flics for any given carrier.
• Run non flics batches for any given carrier.
• Receive drives into inventory for shipment.
• Create all needed info for a given shipment (ingest letters, framing charts, descriptive labels, etc.)
• Responsible for monitoring a release and random inspection checks of the title(s) you have shipping.
• Responsible for closing orders under (10) yourself and placing them in the correct shipping locations.
• Keeping the team informed on what you have going on daily and weekly.
• Overall, keep your studio(s) happy.
• Assurance that all studios are content daily. All studios are now your concern
• The training of new recruits.
• Direct reports of the team and progress.
• Input on flow and efficiency.
• Off hours availability. (nights, weekends and holidays if applicable)
• Scheduling of coverage for your team. (sick / vacation time)
• Generate write ups for your team. (if applicable)
• Generate Reviews for your team.
Requirements
• 1 year as a lead for any given studio and manager recommendation.
• Shipping experience. 6 months
• Duplication experience. 6 months
• Basic computer skills.
• Enigma experience. (Basic)
• Flics Experience. (Basic)
• UPS; FED EX; DHL Online label creation experience. (Basic)
• Flexible schedule. (after hours, weekends and holidays if applicable)
