Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. is hiring a Director, Culture and Experience to focus on employee development, communications, and programs for all of Deluxe. This role will champion Deluxe's culture and values by designing and executing enterprise-wide
programs that support a creative, innovative workplace and a holistic employee experience that is built on teamwork, integrity, excellence, and is uniquely Deluxe. They will be responsible for spreading Deluxe's culture through all employee touchpoints focused
on enabling our employees to drive growth.
This role reports to Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with all groups within Deluxe, particularly HR and can be located in either New York or Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and execute on a culture strategy that makes culture a competitive advantage as the organization continues to scale globally
• Partner with Marketing and HR to clearly define brand inside and out leveraging all existing and new messaging platforms including events and experiences to communicate and connect with our employees
• Create and deliver an optimal candidate and employee experience for employees across all of Deluxe's offices from initial outreach to onboarding to their full tenure at Deluxe through off-boarding activities that align with core values and foster an on-brand
candidate and employee experience
• Deliver a cohesive and comprehensive internal communication strategy focused on creating brand ambassadors across all offices
• Define a strategy for employee engagement that lays out a plan for achieving a consistent company culture across global offices
• Partner with Learning & Development team to foster the development of critical capabilities and application of learning to encourage a high performing organization
• Own prosocial/philanthropic efforts as a platform for employee engagement and community involvement for the company
• Continuously measure progress and improvement in employee applications, churn, morale, and executive approval
Basic Requirements
• Extremely people centric orientation
• Passionate about development, and communication
• Strong communication and listening skills at all levels of the company
• Experience developing and/or changing culture
• Understanding of media and technology
• Flexibility to travel to Deluxe's offices around the world
• Undergraduate degree or higher
