We currently have an opening for an Account Manager – Client Relations. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
Primary Responsibilities
Digital Supply Chain: Support end-to-end supply chain activities resulting in efficient product distribution to HE Global Digital Client(s), including but not limited to:
• Support WB Manager and Lead in addressing tactical business objectives (e.g. expansion plan execution), inquiries from the partner, WB business teams and internal Tech Ops teams. Assist in tasks to resolve related operational issues across functional groups and in a process improvement-focused manner (root cause/corrective action format).
• Support WB Manager and/or Lead as necessary as Ad Hoc reporting resource.
• Serve as backup for Operations Analyst where needed
• Content/Asset Systems, Metadata and Artwork Delivery:
• Initiate and facilitate end to end client request based on established title/territory delivery requirements
• Perform as a user in WBTO's global asset and order management systems (GATOR, TOPS, etc.), triggering and tracking deliverables enabling successful, on-time delivery.
• Address any ad-hoc client requests related to release schedules and requests
• Support distribution and servicing of metadata and artwork on as needed basis, serving as a user in relevant systems (MSB/MARS).
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery across various deliverables, e.g. Extras, Metadata, Artwork, Accelerated Pre-Orders
• Status Tracking & Communication:
• Participate in operational meetings (i.e. scrums, team meetings, etc) to enable efficient tracking of product delivery activities
• Provide regular by-title/territory status updates to WB team across planned/confirmed street dates, promotional dates, etc.
• Status communication includes risk assessment and mitigation plans per title/territory to ensure street and/or promotional dates are met
• Client System SME:
• Live title status tracking and reporting
Support required data entry and maintenance per client/business unit requests, e.g. pricing updates, promo updates, playlist setup, etc.
Perform special projects assigned by Manager
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in a client servicing and operations environment
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in all aspects of digital operations (acquisitions, legal, asset management, content encoding, metadata, participations)
• Minimum 1 year experience with Digital retailers (within the last year is a strong plus); Knowledge and experience with iTunes content delivery is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with data and information systems, and partnering with MIS teams on user and technical details
• Project management experience, leveraging project management-related tools, such as Microsoft Project and Sharepoint, is a plus
• Experience in running excel macros and database tables, working with heavy amounts of data, is a strong plus
• Basic administrative experience preferred
• Experience in utilizing technical tools and new technologies within a rapidly changing operations environment
• Must have experience using online/web tools and interfaces
