We require candidates with experience in a large law firm or an established entertainment boutique in the area of IP licensing and/or M&A corporate transactional experience.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills, client relationship and interpersonal skills, as well as references. Active, in good standing, membership in the California State Bar is required. All replies confidential.
