Managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the EVP/Head of Entertainment as well as the LA Office Manager. Assist other members of the team as needed.
• Phone coverage - answering, screening and routing calls as appropriate
• Calendar management, schedule meetings and coordinating travel
• Manage and prepare expense reports
• Creating and maintaining highly organized files
• Should express an interest in Public Relations but not required.
