Artist Representation Agency based in Los Angeles is looking for a whip-smart and dedicated Assistant to support the Agency Director and Beauty Division Director.
DLMLA is a premiere boutique Artist Representation agency, that manages the careers of Photographers, Stylists, Hair and Makeup artists in the Fashion, Celebrity and Beauty Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling all daily Social Media posts and Website updates
• Calendar management, scheduling meetings for staff and artists
• Phone management (e.g., roll phone calls, transfer, conference, lead a conference call)
• Expense reports
• Travel arrangements
• Filing and file systems development
• Conducting research and analysis in support of projects
• Preparing presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel), & documents (Word)
• Drafting correspondences and sending Artist's their call sheets/ details for bookings
• Liaising with internal staff at all levels and external clients, owners and international directors
Required Skill Set:
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast- paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, and deliver on deadlines
• Common Sense
• General business knowledge and interest in the fashion and entertainment business
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, & Internet research
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• At least 1 - 2 years prior executive or agency administrative assistant experience
