Cyber PR is a boutique PR firm based in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We help musicians and music-related brands. Our digital PR campaigns target blogs, podcasts, and influencers. We also offer campaigns for email marketing, social media, fan acquisition, and long-term marketing strategies.
We are looking for an intern to assist on the PR and social media side of our agency. This is not a ''get coffee'' internship. You will work closely with our Director of PR to research blogs and potential online resources for our clients, build digital press kits, organize campaign assets, write copy, and assist with the management of Cyber PR's social channels. There is room for growth and to take on more responsibility as well as explore other departments.
You must be able to come into the office at least two to three days a week.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Must be a good improviser
- Must read/be knowledgeable about music blogs and publications
- Must be a strong, creative writer
- An understanding of current music trends is a plus
- Previous experience in PR is a plus
- Journalism / writing experience is a plus
